Farm regeneration, central Gower

Formerly a farm complex with cottage, house, 2 barns and extensive land, the regeneration seeks to unite several disparate elements together, using a common language of materials including vertical slate cladding and red cedar.

A pond and pavilion built by Andrew Trotman of Timberwright will be placed centrally to create a focal point. The large barn will become a swimming pool, cinema, health studio and bar; A light well will be cut vertically through the house with an enamelled glass screen by David Pearl.
